Mobiltherm heat transfer oils are formulated from highly refined paraffinic oils resistant to thermal cracking and chemical oxidation. They are highly thermally stable and can be used for extended periods without deposit formation or an increase in viscosity.

Mobiltherm heat transfer oils offer good heat-transfer efficiency, and their viscosity allows for easy pumpability at both start-up and operating temperatures. They exhibit a specific thermal conductivity that provides faster heat distribution. Thanks to their resistance to thermal cracking at recommended operating temperatures, these oils do not show a significant drop in flash point during use.
